Creating & Editing your chef profile

Your profile is how you showcase your expertise and professional appearance to the community. By providing a complete and authentic profile, you enhance your visibility and build trust with potential clients, establishing a reliable and professional presence on our platform.

How to initiate the process?

Existing ChefConnect users: Click on your name in the top right corner and click Switch to Chef mode from the dropdown menu.

New users: Follow our article on How do I create a ChefConnect account? to create your account and chef profile.

Add information about yourself

Finishing your profile

Once you have completed all sections of your profile, take a moment to review your information. Ensure that everything is accurate and up-to-date. A well-finished profile increases your chances of attracting clients and getting hired.

After you have completed your profile, apply to become a chef by clicking the “Apply” button on your profile page.

The application process involves a review of your profile and qualifications. Usually it does not take more than a couple of work days. If you meet the requirements, you will become a chef on the platform.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a notification once the review process is complete.

Editing your profile

To edit your profile, navigate to your profile page and click one of the “Edit” buttons. This will allow you to update your information, including your profile picture, bio, and work experience.

Creating a Service

To create a service, navigate to the “My Services” section of the Dashboard and click the “Add Service”button. This will open a form where you can provide details about your service, including the service title, description, and pricing.

Managing a Service

To manage a service, navigate to the “My Services” section of the Dashboard. Here you can see a list of all your services. Click on the “dots” icon next to the service you want to manage. This will open up a menu where you can choose to edit or delete the service.

Your moving radius

Your moving radius determines how far away clients can be from you when booking a service. To set your moving radius, navigate to the “My Services” section of the Dashboard and click on the “Set radius” button. This will open a popup where you can adjust your moving radius. We also provide you with a visual representation of your radius on the map. Once you have set your desired radius, click “Save” to apply the changes.

Availability

At ChefConnect we value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience. To help you manage your availability, we offer a range of tools and features that allow you to set your working hours, block off time for personal commitments, and communicate your availability to clients effectively.

To manage your availability, navigate to the “Availability” section of the Dashboard and click on the “Add availability” button. This will open a form where you can specify your working hours and any time blocks for personal commitments.
