Your bookings can be viewed and managed in the My Bookings section of your account. By selecting a booking, you can view its details, message the chef, or cancel it if necessary.
After your booking is completed, after a three day period you will have the opportunity to rate each others service based on your experience. This feedback is invaluable in helping chefs improve their services and assisting other users in making informed decisions.
